He was the greatest teacher ESS ever saw. Learned so much about life from him. I will never forget him. 1984 what a great year.
He taught students how to argue persuasively in essays; he taught students how to form opinions without sounding like presumptuous idiots. Turvey is the man, and his approach to education is fantastic. He also has some of the most clever, dry wit I have seen (and it is even more amusing watching fellow students not understand the joke)
I had Mr.Turvey 20 years ago and I loved him. He was my favorite teacher at Erindale! I would love to see him and talk to him again. Susan (Berry).
Mr. Turvey....you're still there after 20 years? Way to go.... You're about the only teacher I remember from Erindale so you left a lasting impression. Keep up the great work.
if u have mr. turvey never get on his bad side or ur there for the rest of the year
He's okay. What ever you do, don't get on his bad side, other wise you'll be on it for the rest of the year. Great teacher though. Easy to understand
Mr Turvey is by far one of the best teachers at erindale. He makes you want to learn. You dont like him 2 badd, get on your knees and start kissing his feet cuz no1 cares.
He gets really into what he's teacher and he is very funny.
MR turveys hez 1 of the best and very educated english teachers at Erindale...he knows what he is teaching and saying...funny aswell GGz Mr Turvey :>
I had Mr. Turvey 10 years ago. He was a great teacher (just misunderstood) then and I'm glad to see he's still teaching!
Mr. Turvey is truely one of a kind, and always puts a smile on my face with his witticism. I am glad yo have him as a teacher, he's awesome!
Doesn't teach you anything at all, spends all the time rambling about nothing and I truly don't know how they ever let him near students.
Turvey is So great! Unfortunatly, most students read to much into his actions!
