honestly, one of the greatest teachers. so laid back and easygoing, he lets kids do whatever with they're artwork and they come out amazing! always leaves the art room open for extra work time.
An excellent teacher, laid back and chilled teacher. Gonna miss him after his retirement, best wishes goes out to him and his family. I'm proud to say I had him as a teacher.
Im not surprised you are still going strong. Red (Andrew Newman) and I (Giles Pritchard) gained so much from your classes back in the early eighties. We both live in London and make art.
This man has taught me more then anyone ever will. He should be commended by the Toronto District School Board for inspiring hundreds of students over the years and for giving a subject which is disrespected by academia a good name. The creative juices which flow through Northern would evaporate if he left. Thanks for everything Mr. Mac.
he's the greatest,u do your work, and ge's not watching u every single minute, he's the greatest.
mr. mac. you cannot find a more relaxed teacher anywhere else in the city. this is coming from a person whose highschool career spanned 6 years and 7 schools. now that might not be a good thing, but it does allow for my having been "taught" by 37 teachers. he is an all around decent guy and has helped inspired my cousin into pursuing a career in art education.
very laid back, such a cool guy, but is also very helpful, students produce amazing works of art...he is a little disorganized.
he's nice! but he's always out of the classroom most of the time he isn't teaching us.
MR. Macnoughtons the best!!!!!!!!!! My firstn year at Northern, the only teacher that I dont hate!!! Keep it up dude!
Thanx Mac for putting up with the two of us for four years. Keep on singing!
He's the best!! although he sings too much sometimes...o well, who cares? he's great!
