Mr.Reistetter was my teacher at St.David in the 80's. He was absolutely the first teacher in my life that exposed me to other perspectives in life & had a total dedication to the success of all students in his class. I still remember his little brown car. Five of us crammed in to get to sports tournaments. He was the teacher i hope my 3 boys encounter one day! I hope you are enjoying retirement & wondering what adventure you're on?? I'm sure your camera is always in tow! 😊
One time I was caught in a snowstorm and he randomly saw me on the street and drove me to where I needed to go. How weird and amazing is that! Awesome guy.
St. David's 1980s. What a fabulous teacher. Decades later and I still appreciate the fact that he is one of the greatest.
He taught me back in 2001 only for a day but he has a really good sense of humour and I actuallly learned something from him!
He was my grade six teacher way back...the best teacher I ever had.
I love you. You are an amazing person on so many levels. High school was years ago now and I don't remember much but I remember everything about you and your class in great detail.
One of the best teachers I've had stuff he taught me in grade 12 I'm learning again in university. He almost ran me over one morning on my way to the bus stop.
I took class civ thinking it was a useless course then realizing that i was learning so much, thanks to Mr. Reistetter. You're lucky if you have him*
THE SMARTEST MAN ALIVE (when he can remember anything). I learned more in his class in one sememster than all my classes that year! Motorcycles & Thailand!
Wow! Very knowledgable in practically everything, although, he does confuse some info at times. He sang to us about Oedipus(rex)..reminds me of a viking..hehe~
great guy he is just like a cartoon character! enjoyed listining to his songs, stories, all his smart lessons on history, myth, astrology, and the world.
Hey sir, are you a Senators fan? Well, that's major faux pas right there!!!
If I had 1/20th of his intelligence, I would consider myself lucky. The things I learned in his class never fail to pop back up in every other thing I study.
one of the smartest men i've ever met. and i want my guy ritchie movie back lol
I had him years ago. He inspired me and let me be creative. Amazing man.
We go back to 1997. Inspired me to go into media studies!
Amazing guy!! Knows so much! Generates enthusiasm in most of his students
