Dineen is an extremely helpful math teacher, very accessible and is EXTREMELY reasonable, i was never once frustrated in her class, very, very fair. fast marker as well.
Ms. Dineen is such a great teacher, and is always willing to help!
"When in doubt, sketch it out!" Talks slowly, and you should check to make sure she added up your marks correctly, but she is a great teacher! Clear, if long, lessons.
Amazing math teacher. She really prepared me well for university calculus. Thanks again Mrs. Dineen!
It's really annoying when she keeps on say "...whta?...." a milion times per class, she also goes really quickly through the material, like I mean QUICKLY, so if math is not your subject then good luck, you have to really pay attention, other than that i guess she's not that bad, she's pretty organized and marks test pretty quickly, which i liked :P
I couldn't disagree more with this: "doesn't mind a million questions". When students try to ask questions in a lesson she snaps back saying that there is no time, or that "it's grade 12" --which means you're dim if you don't understand a concept. Everyone in my class finds her to be unsympathetic, condescending, and her tests are very difficult, considering how little time she spends on review.
The only problem: she's a genius. BEcuase she's a genius, she sometimes leaves out steps in her process and it's easy to get lost if you lose interest for a second; with math that happens often. Otherwsie, teaches well, knows her stuff, and shes what? pritty damn good.
Her tests are fair, she marks quickly. She stopped saying "what" recently and the class is remarkably more interesting. Make sure to take down everything she puts on the board, otherwise don't expect her to write it out after school. But if you pay attention and do the homework, and you have a question, she'll explain it perfectly.
good person, BAD math teacher (worst). It is very hard tounderstand what she is trying to teach , when she bores you with her constant whatttt's.... andddd's... (pauses in general). And when you try to listen, it seems like she has to look back at her notes to KNOW what she is talking about. Anyway goodluck if you get her :P. She always there for help b4 school, ill give her that.
best math teacher ever! always there for help, hands tests back fast, and updates the class marks alot. shes awesome.
She's smart, but is really hard to understand what she's saying. Especially when she says "what" 200 times each class.
she chooses her favs and only helps them. So get on her good side, what?
Excellent teaching. She's very clear and doesn't move on until most people get it. She is always there to help and doesn't mind a million questions
Always there for you ,makes sure you understand concepts, always there in the morning for help.A GREAT DEADICATED TEACHER!keep up the good work, cares 4 students
great teacher, luvs chalk to an extent where its all over her clothes:P.u learn fast.very helpful.forces u to work 'til the end of the period.20 years experience
Although she is always repeating her yes/no questions, she's really nice. oh and she gives too much homework. TOO MUCH!
she loves to hear herself ask questions but doesn't allow anyone to answer them...shes harsh at times but overall, she seems nice and knowledgable
ok first get past the yes/no's and the endless pointless questions, then survive the occasional unclear things and the boredom, but she is a good teacher.
She knows her stuff, but she also assumes that you know everything. She seems to get mad every time you ask a question. She's really quick at marking.
She's a great teacher, and I'm sure I'd be passing if I actually bothered to pay any attention. She knows what she's talking about & rarely makes mistakes
She's okay. She explains well, knows what she's doing, but the class is boring. Gives a lot of homework too.
ALWAYS there to help out- she is one of the most caring teachers at Power!
Extremely dedicated to her students. One of the best teachers I have had.
Teaches all her students as if they are in university, even da 9er's
nice teacher, although she answers her own questions..
