I dealt with Mr. Artindale in both grades 11 and 12. I wanted to know what courses I should take to get into the program I wanted as I had known that older students had already gone to this program. He told me I'm not smart enough to go to this field of work. 3 years has gone by and I am now graduated and about to start work at my dream job. DO NOT listen to a word this man says. DO NOT let him discourage you. He is no where near what a "guidance counselor" is supposed to be. I hope he sees this
He is not a great guidance counselor. He told me I would not get into the science program at the university I wanted, and told me I should look into something else. But didn't even help me with that. confusing and not very encouraging. But whatever I got into the uni I wanted, into the science program. avoid picking him if you are confused, or know what you want. just avoid in general
One of the most helpful and informative when my daughter was going off to university. His knowledge of the systemmade our choice so much easier and now as she enters her first year it will be so much
very unhelpful. If you want to know about courses, talk to older students, not guidence.
Guys a complete goof...Waste of time...Didnt benefit from him what-so-ever. He told me I was going to fail...Now I make probably quad his pay....sucker
He couldn't get the classes attention easily and you could alwasy hear him raise his voice from down the hall. He really did give you what you gave him... wasn't the worst but wasn't the greatest...
It's difficult to get help from him... He automatically assumes he knows what is best for you simply by putting you into a category and reading from all his books...
The kind of teacher that gave back what you put in. If you slacked off, you got what you deserve, if you worked hard, he always lauded your efforts. He's tough but extremely fair.
