I was a student of Mr. Poirer many many many years ago. Due to the simple fact that I still remember his name and his class, the was he taught Shakespeare should speak volumes as to the type of teach he is.
Media, one of the best -- probably the best -- classes I have ever taken, hands down. Learned so much about the people around me, how the world works and about myself. Completely changed how I think, in a positive way. Anyone who never took this class with Poirier is seriously missing out!
Don't know if it was him or the course, but one or the other directed me to post-secondary study in the field that I'm studying. Also taught me in class confliect resolution..by mistake even.
"whatever's shared on the mile stays on the mile" only so many teachers can make you change your life and lifestyle like this one. He may be out there but thats alright with me!
