Easily the smartest man at sinclair. He is the living version of what it means to be an excellent teacher, like anything else in life you have to work to succeed, so there is no excuse to do poorly in his class when he offers such help. Everyone appreciates his knowledge and experience and it has helped us all excel at school and have a more informed prospective about our futures. Ignore the ignorant comments and listen to your average student, not people hiding behind there screen.
He was good early in the year but i stayed up till 6 am working on one of his projects and fell asleep that day in his class and now he screams at me for resting on my dsk
Cool teacher, fun teaching styles. Bugged a few people but it was funny :)
i liked him, but he did maake fun of a lot of kids in my class..
don't like him at all. his classes are so boring and we barely even learn about geography
Mr Robertson is one of the bst teachers at all of sinclair. I had him for grade 12 world issues and I learned so much about an area I thought I was really comfortable in. He prepares you for university so well, so if you think he marks too hard you're wrong, he's a fair marker in my opinion and it's easy to get the marks if you show an honest interest. He's a biased teacher, but for the right reasons, he rewards the good studetns instead of babying the slackers.
Amazing, because reading these comments would make his day.
Is the greatest teacher at sinclair, i took the grade 13 victory lap for 2 reasons, play football one more year and get another class with robertson, his teaching style is incredable one of the few teachers i would have a beer with, great guy
Doesn't know how to teach, so he bases his marks on how a project looks rather than info. Switch out if you get him.
Cool teacher, and will do anything to help you out as long as you put your best effort into your work. He was my teacher for Urban Geo. and he really got the message across as to how important things related to that topic were. And he likes Iron Maiden.
In grade 9 he told me that I couldn't do well in geo because I can't apply myself. Well here I am in grade 10 getting an 85 in geo. Now tell me: who was wrong?
He seems to enjoy giving out bad marks...he's always making up last-minute criteria and changing rubrics on projects so he can do so.
On projects he gives us too little time, sets his expectations too high, marks too tough and/or values style over substance. Loosen up.
He marked me down for having 'too much detail' on a test. Sheesh.
he's an awesome teacher and he is very laid back and fun loving. he's the best teacher i've ever had
I had Mr. Robertson back in the day when he taught history! I thought he made learning fun and was really smart!
great guy...excellent teacher who actually seems to care
one of the best teachers ever. very nice and clear .. approachable. and he was the greatest geography teacher ever!!!!
He tells it like it is. You can't BS him, he'll call your bluff. Wild examples, but at least it makes sense. Sometimes goofy.
If you're learning about gr.9 water systems, don't volunteer to help him demonstrate... you might get wet. Overall, the best teacher.
a good geography teacher.. everything you need to know, you will know. kinda odd sometimes..
This teacher is cool I had him in grade 9 and he was rill nice
