Worst class in my four years. Had his good moments (very few), but a massive waste of time. He needs to retire.

Funny, in an odd way. He talks about alot of people and tells stories that many think he made up (they were pretty out there). He's hard but looking back he knows what he's talking about!

Mr. Andrews talks a lot about how University profs mark, but he doesn't really know anything about it. I struggled to get a 70 in his class. Now I'm an Honours English major and I get high 80s

Nearly fell asleep in his class so many times. He's a very educated man, but he needs to work on his definition of fairness. I learned alot, no doubt, but I was bored out of my mind te entire time.

Mr. Andrews is a difficult marker, hes to smart and when you think that a comma shouldnt be put where he says it should, your the one who is wrong. Hes good. I go to class to hear him talk, hes funny and very intelligent. Im not even "sucking" up. He's probably the best english teacher. Its funny because if he reads this, he will pick apart the grammatical errors that are in it!

Andrews talks a lot but at least he knows he talks a lot. He is entertaining and has a great sense of humour. He is also very passionate and enthusiastic about his work, which rubs off on his students and motivates them to take interest in their work as well. He is doing a great job preparing his students for higher learning and for university. You may find yourself dozing in his class but what he has to say will help you in the future. So understanding too!

Mr. Andrews is an excellent preparatory teacher. Having taken his advanced english courses in Grade 11 and OAC, I was fully prepared for University courses, not only introductory but 2nd and 3rd year as well. Funny, approachable, class act.
