He had a terrible way of teaching English and I thought that he'd rather teach his reporting and use of camera equipment istead.

He would never lower his standards to make things easy, but would fight the system to death for someone that tried.

He's extremely rude and plays favourites. I really dislike this class, and that's saying a lot because it's my favourite subject. I can do the work, and I do the work but I hate it now.

He is good with the media but unfortunately the media is not the entire english curriculum. He is also really rude and picks on certain people, and often goes off topic and tells stories all class.

This homeboy is straight up. Dedicates himself to what he does, and it's appreciated by all who like his work, and the opportunities he is able to grant to those of us who want them.Big ups RayRay.-CN

You either love him or hate him, there's no in between. He's one of the few teachers that knows high school isn't real life, so it shouldn't be treated that way.

Ray was my English and ABJ teacher in '91-'92. He was tough as nails but was one of the few who truly cared and is one of the main reasons I became a reporter.

Only as good as the students he gets. Should get an immediate raise and a new car for what he puts up with.
