She knows alot about english history. That's literally the only good thing about her, the first week I had her in senior school, I was getting settled down and was really panicking about keeping grades up and stuff like that. I had music before English once and she made me and a bunch of other kids find the office for 10 minutes to get late slips, BECAUSE WE HAD TO FINISH THROUGH A PIECE IN BAND. She gives unclear instructions and has too much group work and doesnt let us pick partners.
Ms. Lockamn is a very good teacher. She really knows her stuff. She can be unclear at times though, and expect things from students that she hasn't even really explained, such as unclear essay topics. Good teacher though.
easy marker but not very clear on what is really expected. too much group work. You can get good marks for the most part by jsut participating in discussions. Nice person
Very happy and fun teacher. Really quite an easy marker. Lots of fun classes
Fantastic approach to teaching English...exploration, not recitation.
Excellent teacher, allows you to understand that the study of English literature isn't black and white--it's all about perspective and interpretation.
I really like Ms. Lockman. She's a very good teacher if you like creative writing.
If you want to learn to think for yourself this is the class you want to be in. Brilliant teacher. always enthusiastic & supportive.
she never actually teaches. the only thing you ever do is group work. it can be very frustrating, and her approach is not my favorite. shes a very nice person though.
Easiest marker I've ever encountered, but that's offset by her love of group projects. She's insanely nice, though.
After learning how to write she taught me how to think. Brilliant to chat with and doesn't give you all the answers but lots of self confidence.
She is a very good teacher with an interesting background. She's also great with the newspaper.
An awesome lady and a great teacher. She loves poetry, and loves teaching. A great arts advisor as well. Coffee houses rock now thanks to her involvement!
