Mr oak is a really nice guy Ill give him that. However, he is so scatter brained that he cant get through a single lesson without completely losing the class, and jumps back and forth through the curriculum and each powerpoint, which is completely disorienting. He is disorganized, doesn't understand simple questions, half of the example answers he writes are wrong, doesn't even know half of our names, and wont even tell the class to be quiet (he actually gave up on a lesson once and pouted) 1/10
Mr. Oak is the chem god
Very good teacher, had trouble understanding some of his lessons sometimes but is more than willing to help you understand during science clinic or after class.
This man is great. He knows so much about chemistry--every question I ever had he was able to answer. Everything he said made perfect sense to me. I just like him in general--he seemed passionate about chemistry and he doesn't stand for people who don't care.
Oak is a nice teacher, but I feel he goes by too fast in class so it's a lot of independent study and he tends to focus on only the smart kids in the class. If you don't understand something he will explain to the smart kids better than if you were a regular student. Just a trend I noticed. But he is better than Bouwman and Ms. D.
He's pretty good
Try to get Oak for chem! One of the greatest teachers I had the pleasure to have. Makes stuff interesting and always available to help, no matter the time. If you want to hear interesting chem facts he will blow your mind if you really in to chem.OAK
Mr. Oak is a brilliant guy and teacher. He really knows his stuff, and is very clear with his explanations. He is really nice, and gives students a lot of freedom.
He explains really quickly so you better read up your texts and do your homework or you'll get lost. Great teacher, very nice and patient! Amazing!
