Mr. Danechrad is brilliant. FYI, he was the head of the Alliance Israelite school system in all of Iran at 35, and a school-head a few years before that. I complained a lot about the work load and thought to switch out to an easier course (I was in the English section and could have done brain-dead easy French) but M. Benudiz (the director) persuaded me to stay on and I'm very grateful to him and Mr. D. for that. Gives you lots of work to get you practicing your logic, an invaluable gift.
Knows toooooo much, lessons get boring... had him in sec 3 and sometimes he wasted 45 minutes of his lessons to teach chroniques du 20e siecle( nice for missing periods, bring a pillow)
Mr. Danechrad is only the greatest teacher herzliah has ever seen. no matter how much work he gives you, youll never learn as much from any teacher.
it takes 3 years of long painful classes to respect him, but u'll get there.really is a great man, but his class can be boring and hard. He also marks on whether he likes u or not
I have mixed feelings about this teacher. On one hand, I learned so much from him. On the other, he was too academic for a bunch of 14 year olds back in '87.
U will be scared of him and respect him. He is a genius, out of the ordinary. He likes u , u r garanteed 100% if not u r screwed + bring a pillow he loves philo
If your willing to work and you want to learn this is the teacher for you.
he's such an amazing teacher even if u dont realize it w/all the work he gives..it will help u soooooooo much!
if he doesn't like you, he will always give you bad marks no matter how much you work
i think he changed a lot and became a much fairer teacher... there is not as much work as the past years.. likes to hear himself talk A LOT wen all the class is
one of the best teachers of the school. we learn so much in his class. he is unforgetable
at the end, you will appreciate all the work he has given. you learn alot
one of those teachers that you thing you hate but that you'll remember forever
