Ms. Mayo taught me English in the 11th and 12th grade. She delved into concepts of race and humanity, important topics for students about to embark on formative endeavours. As I neared graduation she gave me a dissenting opinion. I paraphrase, "You should stay back, mature, and consider your options." I did not, and while I am elated to be where I currently am I often wonder where I could be. What did she see that elicited the need to oppose my family and friends? I undoubtedly recommend her.
she's an alright teacher but if you try and challenge yourself she doesn't take that into consideration. A heavy work load and sometimes not too clear on things
She was smart, fun, had great ideas. She never got mad and she could sort problems things out easy. She was a very sweet person and had a great knowledge scheme and was a great person to talk to!
