I had Mrs. Martin for English nearly 25 years ago. I knew nothing about writing then, but I know quite a bit now.
She was probably the most knowledgeable English teacher I had through all of my pre-college education. She isn't the most clear in the moment, which might be difficult for students that aren't already familiar with basic grammar and writing structure. But, in hindsight, I see that she understood the art of writing and stories lay beyond words (Joy Sonet In A Random Universe).
honestly, she firstly comes off as extremely nice and chill, but it’s all passive-aggressiveness. she’s honestly the most passive person i’ve ever met. also, why is she teaching english?? she is so illiterate. she couldn’t even read a sentence out of a textbook. her assignments are terrible, she can’t teach, and the books she choose for our isp project were just horrible. if you don’t like english and just want to follow textbook structure then she’s good for you. but if you like english switch
She is a very nice person, but overall can NOT teach for the life of her. You would ask a question, and end up hearing her entire life story, something completely unrelated, and she would laugh and walk away, leaving you more confused than when you asked the question. But, she is a very sweet person.
Best english teacher ever...even my parents love her!!!
Not going to lie, she's an okay teacher. She usually explains things fairly well but she's out-of-it a lot of the time. Lot of 'uhms' and 'aahs'. Plus she can be a hard marker - not a great mix.
She thinks she's the goddess of teaching, but she doesn't have a clue.
i dont care what other people say.. i think shes ONE nice lady!
She is helpful and nice and if you put forth an effort, you will do well.
Nice but I doubt she has ever watched a presentation, just reads copies of them
She's okay-she is clear with what she wants-No guess work=alright with me
Tough marker but she's there for help when I need it.
