He's a really easy teacher until exams... totally messed up. he doesn't spend too much time on one thing and rushes everything. I didn't learn that much tbh. He gave no homework whatsoever (yasss) but he assumes u look at his slideshows at home (lol nope). he is also a little in favour of the french immersion kids, he automatically gives them high marks even if they do bad.
Learned the most amount of French from him in all my four years!
Don't get me wrong he's a really nice guy but I feel as if I got dumber sitting in his class. Man does not teach. Yikes.
Mr. Marissen's a great person as he's always trying to make french fun and is often understanding. Plus, he NEVER gives homework!! The downside is that he isn't very clear when he speaks and often doesn't acknowledge that there are some students having difficulty. He's extremely patient. (hates me tho lol) he always picks the same students to read which is unfair since i'd be holding my hand the whole 30 minutes and he'd choose his favs (all of which are good at french and dont even try)
Good french teacher. Definitely learned a lot of french from him.
As-tu finis hes hillarious and a cool guy good teacher
he is easily scared and very biased at times...neets to speak up and enunciate his words....really a good guy at times...but a horrible teacher
Alright, but he leaves the class every 2 mins, and is lousy at explaining. Also we get very little done.
haha what a monotone character. funny, he ran into a wall once
class-generated multiple choice tests? <<okay-bon!>>!
he's so clueless at times its funny. but he knows what he's talking about and can draw a map of the world during any era without looking at a map.
