Is this guy an alien? JK 10/10 would recommend.
having mr ianni teach you ics4u is like having your dad teach you how to ride a bike; you're gonna bleed everywhere, but once you get a hang of it, its an easy 90
best computer science teacher ever
Lessons are usually clear but if you want clarification, Google is your friend.
Ask him for help and he might get off topic and discuss something else so always reiterate what you are asking.
When he teaches he kinda seems like an alien. Everyone just looks on with either bemusement or a blank stare. Afterwards, he'll take a laissez-faire approach to things and let you wrestle with things yourself. Not that it's bad-the only way to learn ICS4U is to do it yourself. If you ever get stuck, he'll tutor you or do a demo on the board. If you ask him to troubleshoot, he'll probably do the work for you, you just need to clean things up so it works with your code.
I love this man and his class but NEVER ASK HIM TO FIX YOUR CODE. He'll sit down, delete your english essay, fix the problem, create another 500+ errors in the process, ask you to get up so he can sit down, scroll over what he's looking for 5 times, eat your pizza, solve 2 errors, then tell you "Sorry. this is a summative, I can't help you now. control S saves!" Then he'll leave and help the person beside you finish their summative assignment.
Marcello, Marcellyo, My Boy yo. Ianni is a good guy but doesn't know a lot about what he teaches. I find myself helping him out more than he helps me. Overall though not bad yes.
his class is easy but i don't think he understands that no one on the face of the planet is going to be able to listen to him talk at them about binary trees for 40 minutes without looking at their phone
Awesome teacher. Bocce legend. Gun isn't loaded. Total bro.
Very good teacher. He is very good in computer as well math. Super in his relation with students. Pleasy=ure to have as teacher.
He's very nice! He will help you if you need it. Also, he's laid back and easy going.
Mr Ianni isn't as italian as he thinks he is. We are taught to learn it his way or the highway, even if it works.
