I'm a 23 yr old masters student and I stumbled onto Mr. Madden's page and want to say that I still remember him making fun of me in class one day (for being a quiet student), and that is no way at all to encourage someone to speak in class who already has social anxiety issues. I hope he reads this and realizes that even the smallest negative experience in childhood from their grade school teacher can have a memorable impact on their life. It's such a shame my memory of him is so bitter.
best teacher alive, thanks mr. madden. im in grade 12 now at applewood, nd without you i woulda been a bum
this guy's got so many stories u can make and encyclopedia out of it! plus, he yelled at 2 kids in my class for being absent. THIS GUY IS SCREWED UP IN THE HEAD!!!
He was okay, but he forgot me in the hall for a WHOLE period. It was horrible. He can be really nice but sometimes he can just burst out in rudeness and be unreasonable. He had favorites.
Mr.Madden was a good teacher. He always told us funny stories about his life and sometimes sad stories. He was fun. Thanx Mr.Madden
