Extremely intelligent, and an incredible physics teacher. He may give "difficult" tests but that's more due to the difficult nature of the subject itself. By far my favorite class
Mr. Pattara has shown that altogether he is a very good teacher for physics, as he is both helpful in the notes that I think are quite easy to understand (and I am really not that great is physics), and the help that he gives whenever somebody gives him a question. He understands that subject he teaches and uses the textbook every now and then. Only issue may come with the tests which are a bit difficult, but I believe that is to be expected in Physics (or in high level course).
- hands out his own handwritten notes to everyone (in the academic class at least) - teaches everything step by step in a very logical, clear, easy-to-understand manner - intelligent, easy-going, reasonable, charismatic
Hard tests but that might be due to physics being my weakness. He's really smart and passionate about physics. And kinda funny aswell. But looks very scary and serious when he's walking around the school hahaha with his briefcase like he's just murdered someone.
Kinda hard tests but that might be because physics is my weak subject. Overall, I'd say his tests were actually fair b/c other teachers give tests that are too easy. Atleast his tests were similar to the tests we get in university. Also really smart guy. He really knows his stuff and is passionate about physics. He's also kind of funny.
Great all around teacher. Very easy going. Class is difficult, but that's because of the course mostly. Only problem is that he doesn't teach relativity directly
He is very knowledgable in the physics field as he was previously an engineer. Many times he could explain the scientific phenomenon very well. Though his test is somewhat hard.
Best physics teacher in the department, if you get him, consider yourself lucky as hell.
Great teacher. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. Frequently shares interesting anecdotes, opinions, and facts about a ton of different stuff. Really explains the physics material well and offers dec
hes a cool teacher and tells us cool stories ;D his tests' are hard though
Dude is very smart and interesting to listen to. However his physics tests were very tough.
for his level of difficulty he really should be giving us a lot more quizzes so we can improve our marks.
mr. pattara is ridiculously hard but he is really willing to help you out and is always free to answer any questions
amazing guy!! its only now in uni that i realize how great he was
Tests are a big fear, no amount of studying seem to prepare you for them. Still a good teacher, a big joker, and real chill, he let us watch the price is right in class.
hes a good math teacher & throws in a joke now & then, but his tests are SO hard!
He's a good teacher...Just needs to make his tests similar to the homework..Tests are quite hard.
His teaching style makes SENSE (oh heaven forbid for a sci teacher to make, though that might be because Physics doesn't involve chemicals). And swank, v. swank
Awesome teacher- knows his stuff. Excellent demonstrations- especially the ones that don't quite work as planned!
Very intellegent and good-humoured... He's one of the best teachers I've ever had at MCI
Cool guy with WICKED demos! And plus with his street-racing and mafia connections, there's no telling how far he'll go in life ...
great job mr. pattara! (and great sense of fashion!)
Great science teacher, best one at MCI IMO. He explains the stuff well, and is nice.
he's just great... not the easiest teacher but makes physics actually interesting
He's got to be one the the funniest teachers I've ever had. Great prep for uni.
with all his knowledge and sense of fashion, what is he doing teaching ?
Knows material well, well organized. Demo's are nice. Enough with the examples!
Best teacher @ MCI! Challenging yet entertaining, a great combo!
very qualified. good-humoured. best (at teaching) teacher I've ever had.
Teaching an OAC course, via the new curriculum materials.
