Linda wants students please her. If you don't follow her taste, you would get disadvantage on your homework and essay test _ My kid got C in her class. My kid always had A in English classes other than her class.
She's pretty nice, but doesn't really teach you much. Plus, she marks her essays and exams unfairly, and she cares too much about technology and her blog...
she does not know how to teach
Assignment criteria is random and depends on her mood. Her instructions are always unclear and she spends too much time complaining about non-related things instead of actually teaching. Horrible.
Ms. Kwan is a pretty hard marker, eps. for her exams and stuff. We get inclass assignments and essays every week basically and she marks them off pretty strict. She doesn't give us a criteria and so we don't really know what to follow when we are doing the project or assignment. And yes, she wastes too much class time talking about her unnecessary stuff.
tbh she doesn't know how to teach. Claims that she's an easy marker but like seriously is that a joke. Plus she shows favoritism. BAD TEACHER OVERALL.
She is an adequate English teacher overall, but there are times when she says things completely irrelevant and not useful at all. However, for English is a subject that requires a tremendous amount of interest and great amount of practice to excel; a role as an English teacher would be like a guide that guides you through knowledge of great importance, she does okay that way. But I feel that I've wasted a lot of time in hearing the fusses of the class and have not enjoyed the true literature.
she is a terrible teacher, her assignments were irrelevant from the beginning and she ruined english for me during my grade 11 year
