I graduated from Seaquam in 1984...I had Len for English Lit back in the day and Mel Haber for English my entire time at Sequam...they were the dream team...any of you younger graduates that had the opportunity to have either or both of them were truly blessed. I loved Mel and Len and I had a respectful love hate relationship...but we knew that...and in the end I would not have wanted to go through high school without either of them!

I had Mr. Lendvoy for Grade 12 English in 1987/88. I had never really enjoyed English until Grade 11, and was lucky to have Mr. Ward then, then Lendvoy after. Len was all about learning, loving life

a great seaquam teacher! if you could get him and Haber for senior English classes, you came out literate, well informed, and able to organize thoughts and ideas. they made university writing easy.

Wasn't always about school and marks, made you use what was between your ears even if you were in deep.

Grade 11 english in 1987 was a blast. Warm personality with a teasing sense of humour, all in good intention. He tried to hook me up with Charlotte Gentis, my forlorn obsession! Love the guy. God bless you Len!

Fantastic Journalism teacher. Terrible Lit teacher. Doesn't prepare you for the provincial at all. Gets easily distracted and wastes a lot of time. I had him the last year before he retired so I think he stopped caring.

Lenny loves his journalism classes! :D He teaches sometimes when he feels like it, but otherwise he slacks off like cancels class haha. not that anyone complains. He's a pretty awesome teacher and he truly cares about where you want to go int life and what you write about. He's awesome! Hope I get him for English next year.

He made me believe I could achieve my dreams, and he always pushes me to do better. I'm one of those "favourites" but I agree, it is how much you put into it. Work hard.

Cool guy, like the others say, he does play favourits, but you don't get there by sucking up, that's too crude a trick for him. Chat with him, do your work, don't whine, and show him that you have some working brain tissue between your ears.
