She can be very nice but also a little bit scary when first starting out, I really didn't like her at first but you just have to get to know her and show her that you care and you'll see how great she can be. She really is an excellent teacher she knows her stuff and is a really great singer, she always find neat ways to teach us vocal teacnics so you just can't get scared off by her intensity she just really cares about her craft and wants us to be good. I would diffinatly recommend choir!

Kim Brown is one of the most talented singers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is the reason I have vocal control currently. Joining Girls Choir was one of the best decision I ever made in high school. Before then she kind of scared me and after I felt as though having the opportunity to learn from her was a gift. She has high school students training at a far more advanced level then many other high school conductors in Winnipeg.

I've never had her for french, but I thought she was a great choir teacher, she really helped me understand singing concepts and she never goes to hard on you if you try your best. Just be respectful.

A truly wonderful lady if you just give her a chance. I have learned a lot from her, appreciate her methods and so long as you're respectful (as you always should be, I mean, come on!) She's great.

I think Ms. Brown is awesome. Some people don't like her because she can get pretty intense but if you treat her with respect she will respect you back. She does so much for the kids at Kelvin High and deserves more credit than she gets.

She's pretty cool, but can lose temper sometimes. Not a bad teacher at all, but students tend to push her over the edge.
