Mr. D'Aversa is my favourite teacher in all the land. He is clear and patient with his students and demonstrates information very clearly. If you have him for any computer courses, you are the luckiest students on earth.
Had him for cartooning and animation. I was in the cartooning section and he often focused only on the animation section. He could've spent more time with the cartooning section imo. In the end he was just ok.
Patient and explained everything very well. Easy to follow along
They may as well call the courses he teaches "An Introduction to HALO." Doesn't teach as much as throw work booklets at you. Cannot keep class engaged with content hence the in class gaming.
He's a really chill teacher. Probably one of the most understanding teachers in the school. He just doesn't give clear instructions and doesn't really teach. He leaves class for long periods of time.
Great teacher that is really easy going. Though I would like to see him give a bigger challenge in his classes, and have him stay around the class more often (he tends to be missing).
odd personality. btw, he's never there when i need to ask questions. (film class)
Not a really good teacher. He doesn't know how to teach and doesn't really do anything. I learned nothing whatsoever this semester in English!
Totally gheto handouts with lots of helpful charts. You should really see them to believe it.
The labs were fun. I never knew I'd enjoy watching chemical reactions so much. Rock on, Mr.D.
Interesting person but don't ask him if he likes chocolate milk. Yikes!
tough marker...never happy with final work...shocking when you do well.
Sorryiest idea of a teacher this world will ever know. I know more about his subject than he does. Makes up projects along the way. Not organized at all.
unfair. mood swings, yell un-necessarily, and knows very little. switch out if you have him
