he was the best thing to ever happen to history for me. his class was an actual DISCUSSION. you learn so much more that way. he always claims youre wrong, but it doesnt matter because hes teaching you to think. i wish he could have stayed on as a teacher. i would have taken history just for him, and im not much of a history buff.

Richmond was the man- an incredible teacher. History class was a breeze in terms of actual work, but I'll be damned if we didn't learn a lot, and have fun while at it.

clearly one of the best teachers in this school, actually knows stuff (lots of it), and he's not afraid of saying critical things. I dont think he really liked me, because i was lazy in his class, but i truly respected him as the greatest social science teacher in the school. and he doesnt give easy marks, but not a very hard marker

Easily one of the best History teachers. He knows his stuff - even if he can be rigid regarding his personal opinions. Many often criticize his teaching style as being more debative than having any clear 'lecturing' structure, but I always found that to be a lot more useful and engaging than reading through the text and thus not internalizing the info. Try getting into his good books by participating in discussions. You won't regret it.

"THE WALKING CHIN"!!! he's a cool and nice teacher, pretty funny, good at making fun of our politicians, and really "good" at teaching civics

He prefers to discuss (and by discuss I mean complain about today's naive youth and the state of the world) rather than give lessons. He is interesting, but I don't see how this will help me learn at all.

he thinks that in todays socitey teens today are use less and we should know everything that he does, When u speak you mind in his class he puts you down, or trys to prove you wrong, i think hes a good teacher but he needs to be more openminded, good stub thou

He has a very unwavering, unnegotiable view about soceity at large, but he is a very good teacher, and respects your opinion as long as you respect his. He has a good sense of humour, but he won't let you listen to music in class when you're working, or even while you're working in the computer lab, it's not because it's too loud though. I know this because I experimented by just putting the buds in my ears and not turning on the music, and he still got angry.
