In a word : Painful. I have had many cases of breaking down over the simplest of things in her class. I'm not sure if it's just me, but she tends to not explain herself and the misunderstanding of the work has driven me to no end. I am at a 51% in her class and have recently had multiple full nervous breakdowns because of the workload and the feeling that I should be better. She is constantly "breathing over my shoulder". Even in the comfort of my home she is "there" mentally. I don't recommend.

Mrs. Bruder is a teacher of great nonsense and much confusion. If you are to be in her class, switch out. If you can not then i recommend to drop the class or contact your nearest psych ward

Worst teacher I have ever had in my life. She does not pay attention to what any of her students say. If you're unclear about something, she says you should already know what you're doing. She does not explain things very well. She says her students waste her time in class, even though shes the one making conversation about random things and then says we never have enough time to finish our work in class. Maybe if you didn't take up 20 of our minutes every class, we would have work done!!

she called 40 parents and told them their children haven't handed stuff in. A lot of it she just lost and blamed it on the students for not handing it in

Does not seem like it, but she really does know her stuff in a sense, just gives you a headache sometimes. She does like to put people on the spot if they're presenting in groups, luckily saved my group once and got us all 80's on the assignment, and pulled most of the stuff I said out of thin air.

She is a nice enough and rather quirky teacher, however, she is impossible to reason with, and treats students as if their opinions don't matter. Not a good person to teach religion.

I love bruder. She's actually a very sweet woman; very eccentric and quirky, but kind. She doesn't put up with bs however, so respect her and she'll respect you.

Gets a bad rap from the kids which gets perpetuated. Had a very meaningful p/t interview with her. She understands her students and the dynamics of the classroom.

ask for clarification of a rubric and she reads the rubric to you. gives you a weekend to write an essay then marks it a month later.
