Mr. MacKinnon is the best math teacher I have ever had. Whenever I have questions he is always there to help even on the weekends. He always goes above and beyond to help. I am really going to miss him in grade 9 as he has been instrumental to my success in grade 8. Best teacher ever.

I had him 2 years one for math and one for accounting I personally hate his teaching style you have to do the work on your own for home work and I teach it to your self, then he teaches you what you already had to teach yourself for homework in class. Honestly if that was reversed I would have been fine I mean teach the lesson then do the questions! makes sense right? Also he goes off on tangents sometimes. But I have to say that he is a caring teacher and he will always make time for students.
