the reason why a lot of people say that she prepares students well for university is because in order to do well in her class, one must study independently and not rely on her materials
Had her every damn year at Mackenzie and I dreaded every minute of it... Until I went to univeristy. Thanks to her, first year Science was a joke. Barely kept 80s in her class, but easily got 90s my first year. You're definitely not the easiest marker, and I couldn't understand what you were saying half of the time, but I'm glad I had you. Thanks Mrs. Hollander.
She always write in hard to read handwriting and you waste time simply reading them on tests.
Great chemist, less than stellar teacher. She tries VERY hard to hide the fact that she has little passion for teaching, you can tell this one keeps returning only for her paycheck
I love her so much. I am in University, and because of her class I have gotten top 2 in my class of over 600 people.
E is for excellent teacher. For those seeking an ez credit, do NOT take her course if u can help it. She will make u work your tails off, but at the end, you wi
I LOVE HER! appreciate her! I was more than prepared for university because of her. She has a great heart for her students that want to learn.
One of the best teachers I had in high school. Those planning on university: learn to love her. She can prepare you far beyond where your peers will be.
If you don't hand in your blue report card form on time - better watch out cuz she'll hunt u down to get that pizza.
Difficult. Don't let the rating mislead you, an EXCELLENT teacher. Not always there to help, but she tries. YOU LEARN IN HER CLASS! Remember multiple choice = d
I don't get what you guys are complaining so much about! As long as you do a fair amount of work and study for her tests, you'll do perfectly fine!
If you do your homework, participate in class, and UNDERSTAND what she teaches, you'll do well. Remember, DON'T memorize, and you'll do well on her tests.
her classes seem endless. way too long, way too boring. they are good for naps. also her tests are insane.
I've been away from her class for 7 years now and I still rember her stuff. Best teacher that school has ever had. Keep up with the work and you'll do fine.
i dont' get why she's so proud she's still using periodic table sheets that she's had since the 1973
Hmm, a lot of people hate her because of her harsh teaching, hard-to-understand-accent, and odd antics (a for alladin, tools of the trade). Being, probably, the strictest teacher in the school, though, it's possible to actually learn something in her cla
There's the school policy, and then there's Mrs. Hollander's policy. You question Mrs. Hollander's dogma's - she yells up you. Otherwise, she's ok.
Best Chem.. One hint that saves all. Know your Stuff! Do your Homework! TRY
i don't think anyone'll ever forget that b is for bugs bunny
