If you have easily bruised feelings, you probably won't like Ms. Price. It isn't that she's mean, but she has a biting sense of humour that's a bit too blunt for some people to handle. She's actually hilarious, provided your self-esteem is high enough to take her jokes like a champ. ;)
As a teacher, she's thorough. Her tests are easy if you study for them, and she's always willing to provide help if you need it. Overall, she's pretty awesome. I've never enjoyed biology, but I love Ms. Price.
There has not been one day where she didnt mention how white she is, she loves showing off. She's an ok teacher but once she finds out that your not up to her standards she just assumes you're stupid.
Mrs. Price is EPIC and her price tags make biology more fun. Probobaly the best or second best teacher in the school
Mrs. Price is a great teacher however she needs to focus on academic performance when marking and working with her students. She is quick to judge students and treat them differently because they may struggle with the subject or does not meet her expectations. In this world, every student is different and the teacher needs to be adaptable, unfortunately Price is not. Most kids put on an act in front of her just to impress her and meet her expectations. This is not how schooling should be. We should not have to worry about impressing the teacher, we just need to worry about getting good grades.
Advice for students, focus on your grades and not the teacher. In the end its going to be the grades that follow you, not the teacher. Work as hard as you can and get extra help too if you need it. If you don't want to put up with her and feel she is an obstacle for your high achievement, then get help elsewhere.
Wow, for someone who gives you an easy ZERO for not referencing, she plagarizes a lot of notes on the internet without reference. Type one sentence of her notes in google, and you'll see like 10 links come up with the exact same note.
Great teacher. Always finds new ways to help students achieve to their best ability. Only problem I had with her was the ISUs and lab reports. Over all, one of my favourite teachers.
Ms. Price will give us a zero for not referencing the textbook in the lab, but she won't even reference her plagiarized notes? Type in one sentence from her notes, and there's like 10 links that came up. If she was so smart, she shouldn't need to go on the internet to plagiarize all her notes. Makes me question her credibility.
I thought you were crazy and way to strict for high school in Bio12U but thanks you prepared me for some crazy professors in university!
Wow, she's tough, but teaches extremely well. Definitely good preparation for university. Probably won't realize how good of a teacher she is until university.
I'm in her Grade 9 class and she is a very helpful teacher. Gives alot of great notes that are very similar to the test. Always lets you to improve your mark. So far my mark is an 88%. Thank you ms.Pr
She's really nice to you if you're in one of her senior classes. Other than that... not really..
She's tough, but prepares you well. She is always willing to help you if you need it. She is an excellent teacher, her notes are great. The way she teaches makes you learn the material well. Excellent
i loved having ms price for bio this semester, she was an excellent teacher not to mention a kind and compassionate person :)
She's the kind of teacher that many people fail to realize how great she is until they reach university. I still remember the bio lessons that she taught me many years ago, thanks Ms Price !
i admit that she's pretty mean..but whatever she's doing to her students is to teaching responsibilities, manners, etc of universities....and also to students, she's forceful..in examz and studies....
Really tough teacher, but teaches an interesting class. She can get into long lectures about the topic and relate it to other things, but thats one of the things I liked.
