Mr. Close was my PE teacher for two years and he was incredibly nice and took the time to help us get more fit and his activities were awesome! Better than any other PE teacher I've ever had.

My 2nd year with him and I hate it. He still hasn't learned my name and we are halfway through my 2nd year! He only likes the girls who play vollyball or wear tight clothing. Its annoying that when we play in class he doesn't even watch my game.

I had Mr.Close a few years ago. Everyone complaining that more athletic people get better marks, what do you expect?! Athletic ability can be improved with effort like anything else, so there's no excuse. Do you play sports outside of class to try to improve?Trying hard should be recognized in your WORK EFFORT mark (if it still exists). Your actual grade should reflect your skill in the course, in this case it is athletics-based. If I tried really hard in math, but only got 50% on exams, do I deserve an A?

If you're a girl, expect a lot of dancing, exercise videos, and badminton. If you're a boy, expect football, rugby, and more football. Not on a school sports team or obviously athletic? Beware.

he's not that bad, i'm not that athletic and he didn't really seem to favor other people. you know why he gives A's to the athletic kids? because they're fit,and your not. get off your computer and join a sports team.

Mr.Close is ok...he has favourites though. "Ok I want all of the people who think they are good on one side of the gym, and the not-so-good people on the other." He's funny though.

i pretty much agree with the people that said about favouring. he already taught our class for around 6 months, and he doesnt even know half of our names. he should learn to listen

he marks VERY unfairly!to him if you are skinney, sporty looking and on a sports team, you deserve an A.its very unfaire to the people that try hard and never forget their strip.

He's easy overall. Marking he makes himself sound hard. Not that hard...just make an effort. Hate his lectures...but at least he's not discouraging.
