Awesome and hillarious teacher. Gives you the mark you deserve. Probably better.
One of the most amazing teachers I've ever had in a educational and a personal level, cares about his students, but doesn't hold your hand, which I like, very funny and one of the smartest teachers I've ever had as well, and his teaching methods are incredible, sad to see him retire this year, I have him for grade 11 chemistry right now, and am taking grade 12 chemistry next semester just so I can have him
You get what you put in, he doesn't hold your hand and you're probably not going to get as high a mark as you would like. That being said, one of the best teachers I've ever had. If you have the nerve
he kind of intimidates me so i don't ask questions, but he tells really funny stories. He goes really fast though, so its hard to keep up with what we are learning.
He's a great guy, real funny, but not the greatest teacher... Doesn't explain stuff too well.
Good guy, and funny. REALLY good teacher. I am in his grade 11 ap chem class, and taking grade 12 ap next year because of him, awesome teacher
Funniest taecher I have ever had which I will miss when i request not to have him next year in chem. He doesnt explain stuff well and makes you fell stupid for asking questions
no doubt in my mind the funniest old man i know. his AP class is easy in grade 11
REALLY funny, but not always the greatest teacher.. explains some stuff incorrectly, then DOESN'T explain other stuff. But he's a great guy!
I love chemistry and mr. Pedersen is the best teacher ever !!!
awsome person, funny guy and great stories. i look forward to chem all the time b/c it is my funnest class. however he dosnt explain ne thing and expects you to know it, not very helpful on the side
Pedersen is hilarious and one of the most memorable teachers but don't count on him to help you when it comes to the AP exam. We were all screwed. Buy yourself a guide and read the text book.
Once, he knew the stuff. Now, he knows most of it, but some holes have leaked out. To fill the gaps, he pulls stuff out of thin air! Awesome guy, though. I look forward to chem every day!
Well, he's a fun teacher, I'll give him that, minus the teacher part. Don't expect him to teach you the stuff, use the textbook and the assignments instead, but, deep inside, he does know the stuff.
Pedersen, you really need to learn to teach. Nobody can understand what ure saying half of the time. You can't just assume we know everything just because we are in AP.
Funny guy, ask him about he owned half of Montreal when he was in university...
Sorry Pedersen...you can be nice, but that's not your job as a teacher. Focus on your job...learn to explain. It's not a wonder that your students always do ter
Sorry Pedersen. You're a nice guy and all, but maybe next time you can TEACH chemistry... boy do I dread that AP exam
He's like a kid in a toy store but with Science! he's really nice and funny.
when students get 5's in ap calculus, biology, english lit, language, etc, and then a 1 or 2 in chemistry, there is a problem.
he almost never explains the things that we learn. He just says, that it's AP.
But I guess he thinks, that AP means teaching it to yourself
Come on people. He almost never explains that stuff. I had to do my homework quite often sitting in the net looking up everything.
VERY easy, nice, picks favorites, he is a careless corretor and he marks everything correct
great personality...pretty good for 40S chem, heard he's bad for AP
great teacher cares about each student fantastic man
