She is probably the least helpful English teacher I've ever had. She expects us to be knowledge in literature theory before entering her class and when we aren't she insists that she has given us explanations of it already. Still, she is knowledgable

Personally, I felt uncomfortable coming to any English class. Every class was a drag and full of hope to not get picked on while asking a question. Once she does ask you a question, she stares forcingly In your eyes until you manage to say something. And if you answer incorrectly she judges you in front of the whole class. I was simply just scared of her. But the good thing is that she has short term memory so she literally forgets about all assignments.

LOL! She's crazy, there is no doubt about that. But she's onto something, she doesn't just know it, she feels it. Everything that she teaches comes from a real place. She's irreverant and distracted b

She hated our class because we weren't very responding. Due to that fact, she yelled most of the classes. However, she is a easy marker but sometimes looses track of her assignments.

I love her. She is a great person, and when it comes to teaching english I think she really helps students understand and think about abstract ideas, its hard to grasp her ideas if your not open to it

She's lenient, funny, and a good teacher. The only problem is that people have already her negative side hardwired into their brains and don't even give her a chance to prove how good she is.

She is not that bad of a teacher at all. If you actually do your hw, and don't **** at her, then you're good to go. I love her as a teacher! If you don't like abstract ideas, then switch out.

She's an easy English teacher. I mean I love how she extends deadlines and gives us more time to do projects and homeworks. It's kinda unfair if she extends something and we never do it!

At first, she was a very scary lady. Screamed at the children and stuff. But after a while, it was cool having her cause she was easy to trick (we watched the same movie 4 times because she forgot we had already seen it) and she had a substitue teacher ever second day. Could also take jokes in class. Gave alot of work, but was an extremely easy marker. She was very unclear though...

Intimidating and difficult to approach. Only try to stick to her class if English is your best subject and you really, really like it.

"Class discussions" were difficult - the class wouldn't talk at all. No one wanted to give a wrong answer; we were all passive. I saw that she was really unfair to one student in the class, but I don't know why; the student was a good person.

Likes to lecture students on “using your VOICE” and “using your little IB brains” but never actually gives and example of what she expects. Also likes to demand “thematic insights”. I found that I got more frustrated with her inability to see others’ perspectives and her tendency to gossip in class than I excited about going to my favorite subject. NOTE: I like English as a course, but not the teacher. She loses things easily and can be very frustrating to have as a teacher.

Write one good essay, or contribute something "enlightening" in class and you're on her good side forever. Makes interesting assignments, but often makes issues in literature more large and involved than they seem. If you are going to have your own opinion, ressearch it thoroughly!
