Out of every teacher I had during my time at Ross, Mr. Hunt prepared me the most for university. His lectures were nearly identical to how I was taught in University and although he gives out a lot of work, it is comparable to what you will encounter in University. Don't get me wrong, he was incredibly tough, but he was the best teacher I ever had.

I didn't take a single note. I never did a single assignment. I was consistently late. I was captivated by his rambling style. I Got 97% on the Final exam. I still failed. I dropped out. He was great!

Although he is tough for notes, and often gives long discussions, he is a very decent teacher. He isnt very clear on assignment instructions. Also has a very odd sense of humor.

He's excellent University prep, but he's can be kind of dull. I personally enjoy his "digressions". He can really help you too, all you need to do is ask!

If you're really passionate about history, it's wonderful to have such an informed teacher. You can learn a lot by listening to his lectures. If you don't love history, drop the class. He won't make it interesting for you.
