I've known mr walton for 2 years now. He's given me one good advice, which is to study hard, and use the physics classroom. That website will show u da wey.

His class is "okay" in toughness, as long as you understand material. His tests are ridiculously unreasonable—; the tests have content on it not only on the unit on which we are being tested on, but the material from the NEXT unit forwards (that was obviously not taught). Never once has he told us to pull out the textbook other than the time we had to look in it for a lab. When you ask him a question, he replies by asking you your own question. I would transfer out if I were you.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand mr.Walton. His humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical normie's head. There's also Eric's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Jared from subway, for instance. The smart asians understand this stuff; they have the KNAWLEDGE to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes,

I had him for science 10 and hated him, barely passed with a 50. Then I had him for earth science and passed with A's. His earth science course is super fun, interesting, and easy to follow (this coming from someone who was transferred in and didn't actually want it). He's pretty relaxed and doesn't overload you with work. I would definitely recommend his earth science 11.

Bad teacher. Mr Walton spends most of his class time sitting in front of his computer instead of teaching his students.

The re-test was a lot easier than the first test we did , everyone fails the first test , but to get a chance to write the re-test, This is unfair to the students who wrote the first time .He has the worst stereotype to his students, never let us hand in late work.Btw everything on the test will not be much related to the textbook , it depends on ur luck if you get a chance to do the re-test.

Bad teacher, doesn't use textbooks, doesn't really teach well (in my opinion) and I always want to fall asleep in his class. He's an okay person, just not a good teacher at all.

Makes you do a lot of "for fun" activities and spends very little time on things you actually need to know. He won't answer your questions and doesn't do Provincials review. Scams you into buying workbooks. I would transfer out if I were you.

I think Mr.walton can actually teach it's just that it's hard to understand his methonds so more effort is needed to understand his lessons. The projects are pretty relevent to our topics but more explanation is needed to make us understand. Mr. walton makes physics harder then it actually is but overall he's not THAT bad. I say hes 7/10 for teaching.

Don't expect to learn anything. Doesn't give you a lesson on course material, hands you a worksheet with no explanation on formulas, and expects you to know everything. If you hand in an assignment even 1 second late, you get a zero on it. I once lost 20% like that because his clock was 2 minutes faster than mine. Furthermore, he assigns projects that are completely unrelated to lessons, and it's due in ridiculously short time. Oh and also, our garbage can caught on fire too LOL! Boy, was he mad

Stuck up guy who has a lot of opinions. He think he's all high and mighty, that its a privilege he's teaching us.
Does not teach at all, super disorganized. Don't expect to get your test from term 1 until term 3. don't ask him questions, chances are you will not understand his explanation or he will just not know the answer.

He knows a lot, but does not convey this very well to the students. His lessons are not helpful, and not from the textbook but his tests are based on the textbook. Tests are extremely hard and ask extremely obscure questions rather than concept questions (ex. About how many babies are starving each year in Africa?)
I took AP Environmental Sciences with him, and he did not even cover half the material required for the AP exam, all of it came from studying on my own.

It's a self taught course. His teaching methods are horrible, and sometimes, he won't even give you a lecture on new material. He just gives you work and expects you to finish it without any help.
Good thing I had a study group, because without it, I would have definitely failed.
