If you want good grades, take him! His exams are very easy, just understand the concept and do some exercices and you'll do great. He speaks a lot in class, he teaches the course slowly and students don't really listen to him in the end. You can pass his tests by reading the textbook. Homework are worth 20%, just do it and you will received the mark.
His classes are very easy to pass. He takes attendance, and will put you as present even if you show up half way through the class. He is boring to listen to, and sometimes rambles off topic about him teaching accounting at McGill. However, if you do the homework he assigns, the tests will be a piece of cake to you. I hardly studied and passed his class with a 92%.
Easy, but Boring ! Doesn't care about attendance, or lates. But goes off topic A LOT, reads the book the whole time. But read the book your self and no need to show up to class except for the tests.
Extremly easy accounting class. do the homework and exercises and youll get a good grade.
Bierbrier is a good teacher if you're taking law classes but for accounting he can't explain properly. It's very hard to understand. He also has the same tone of voice during the whole class...boring.
Hes a lawyer so he knows alot on commercial law so i found himn very helpfull and knowledgeable but classes are boring and he goes off subject alot...very easy...take him
Amazing teacher. His class helped me a lot and made me experience a whole new perspective in the business area. Take him if you can.
He's an alright teacher but sometimes he gets off topic to much. He can't teach acccounting for i would say law is his specialty.
Very good at teaching commercial law but not for teaching accounting
Very understanding, funny, really enjoyed the law class, and i would take another class with him!!!! :)
