Wasn't clear on what everybody was working on, used favourites, and even put down some students. You don't even cook during it it's all textbook work. I do not recommend O'Shea.
A superb teacher who takes learning to a whole new level with her extensive experience outside the classroom. A family first person typical of home economists.
Mrs.O'Shea was definatley one of my favorite teachers this year, she always was kind to me and treated everyone fair. I really learned a lot in her class and enjoyed it too. Sad to see her go to Oakridge :(
Overall a good teacher and a really kind woman. She was extremely clear on anything we had to do, pretty helpful (especially when it came to sewing, which I was terrible at), and really fun. Her class was a nice break from other stressful courses, although there were lots of assignments, which were all easy and common sense. The exam was super easy as well. The only criticism I have of her is that she sometimes let the class get "out of hand", and it was sometimes hard to focus.
One of the best teachers I have had by far
Mrs.Oshea is an awesome teacher to troll with. Lots of fun that way. Her class is boring but if you are really creative with projects she will love you forever!
She thinks we still go home and eat family meals together and thinks we dont have lives so we can do all the stupid projects no problem.
Mrs.O'shea is truly amazing...she kept talking to me when i was like upset or something...i was suffering from depression and she helped me get over it...and when i was doing something i didn't want 2
the happiest teacher i have ever met......good taching style....
Any teacher who lets their kids go to the school in which they teach and gives them the family studies award needs to check themselves.
She is one of the most hard working teachers I've ever had!
Great teacher if you put effort into her class. Very nice lady, always willing to help.
