He was not originally a teacher but I would say he was a very kind man. I took his class before he retired (if he did), and while I had personal issues he was kind with leniency toward me from knowing me from another class. I remember him fondly from this school.
Mr. Demers is a very condescending man -- after speaking with him for less than 10 minutes, it becomes very clear that he despises our generation and assumes we are all hopeless cases. Mean, as well.
Very boring to listen to. All the "uhh"s, and "ya know" make the lecture so confusing you practically have to decifer what he said into normal english.
I had Mr. Demers for Math. I found he was very clear and would take the time to explain things again if needed. Very helpful teacher
well, ya know, he uh, ya know, is very, uh ya know, dull, ya know.... race cars
he might say you know a lot, and he might have a very monotonous voice, but the important aspects of the course are emphasized. also, he is more than willing to give extra help.
well you know hes not bad but u know he kinda you know gets on my nerves you know.. you know?
Brutally easy and knows nothing about Biology. Only slightly more knowledgeable about Chemistry, and I will admit he knows his stuff about Physics, but I've learned more reading the book.Way too dull.
One time, I broke my leg in class screaming, and most of the students slept right through the noise. True story.
Mr. Demers is awesome! He's a great science teacher.
He may be a bit on the boring side, but he's a good guy - and the man's extremely smart.
he was boring... i think he is the biggest hick in the world... he shouldnt be teaching.. he says you know alot...
Thanks for giving me such a great learning experience, who cares what anyone else says, u've made such a difference in this one students life.
He's a really smart teacher. He may not be the most exciting teacher, but honestly, how many teachers could make science exciting anyway?
After this class, I go watch paint dry to raise my level of excitement
Mr. Demers drones on everyday, its very hard to pay attention. If you want monotonous boring work, then Demers is for you. ... ZZZzzz ...
So he doesn't do pyrotechnics; so what? He is obviously extremely intelligent, and has a good sense of humour...for a science teacher:)
