He's not that boring: if you like history, you won't be bored; if you have a short attention span, you will. History's a great course; Darling's a solid teacher who knows what he's talking about.

Dont listen to the guys below me..he IS boring...gets off topic A LOT, and pre-decides the students grade after the first week...I think its unfair!

I don't understand the "boring" reputation. History 12 is without a doubt the most interesting class I have taken at Saints. Darling's a pretty easy marker, if you stick to guidelines you're pretty much guranteed an A. My only criticism is that I find he talks down to my class as if we're pretty stupid. The guy hates me, but I like him and his class!

He is awesome,plus he actually makes a geniune effort every class. The field trips were great too. Plus, I like the stories, add a lot.

Darling..where to start. Boring doesn't begin to describe the feeling of being trapped in his class for 75 minutes. Its indescribable. He can turn an interesting topic into boredom

other then that his writing is impossible to read, hes a pretty good teacher. also, we don't get much notes, all we have ever do is read the text book

Mr. Darling is the man! Great guy, hilarious teacher. Thats why I am going to take History 12 next year

Talks too slow, you get bored just listening to him in grade assemblies. Off topic alot, and always later for class.
