I was a student of Morri's back in the mid to late eighties. He really motivated me and I got out of the pool hall and into university. Went on to do a MA, work abroad and ultimately work for Canada's Ministry of Finance regulating financial institutions. The only teacher I ever felt a connection with and who appreciated my motorcycle. - Member of the Breakfast Club.PS Sorry I snuck out of Junior United Nations to go drinking Morri. But you never knew that lol...
In the middle of one of his classes now, such a hard work load so stressful but overall learning a lot. The class is fun to be in but would have been more enjoyable if there were less projects to stress about. All in all Morri is a hilarious character to listen to.
Morri is an all round amazing guy, his politics class was tough but he helped me make it though it and finish with a good mark. It is easy to make a personal connection with the guy, hes great
Very good teacher. I'm looking forward to taking his class next year
He is really smart and very kind hearted. Sometimes comes off as frightening and you dont ever want to see white rage. Overall, really cares. Cuba and Germany were experiences that I will never forget
Excellent Teacher. I was exchange student back in 2001, and still remember his clasess like if it was yesterday. Regards from Colombia, South America.
Great teacher. One of the few that really cares. He changed my life.
Morri is a fantastic teacher, though I appreciate the supply teacher days because of the workload. He taught me more than any other teacher has, and not just about his course. Don't be late to class!
morrie was an inspiration to all he taught. His teachings have inspired me to go into teaching in hopes that I can be a fraction of the teacher that he is. one of the greatest teachers that exist.
I liked him as a teacher, he explained well. if you dont do well in his class its because you didnt do work or never came.
Teacher who expects a lot out of his students, especially in terms of extracurriculars, but academically, doesn't provide too much useful information.
he's full of himself but you learn to get used to it and he teaches you tons of stuff. sometimes i feel lost and asked a question. BIG mistake lol
Morri's classes are not for the faint of hart. If you want to be inspired and learn something important, his class is the place for you. If you're not, then you will sulk with dissatisfaction (see b
Simply the best. I took Morrie's history class back in 1991. He is one of the most influential people in my life and has helped me accomplish my career goals. Greetings from California...Go Invaders!
Morri taught me over 15 years ago and I remember him above any other teacher I ever had. I think that's a testament to the quality of his classes and his ability to inspire.
i have to say i dont like the way morri teaches. i know that hes a great guy, but i dont like how he teaches. sorry morri
Morri is an awesome teacher, obviously you didn't try or go to his class often because he likes students that put forth an effort for him...its your own fault if you got bad grades
love the guy, i like his style of marking, if you can get past his sarcasm hes cool, its obvious he loves teaching, and he hates it if no one takes it seriously. hes one character!!
There is not enough room to describe the incredible quality of Dave Morrison's classes, not to mention his passion for teaching. A true "teacher" in ever sense of the word.
Morrie is the greatest teacher i have ever had, he got my interested in history and i look forward to his class everyday. Good luck in the future man.
hes a pretty good teacher, i like the way he teaches.. but he scares the living daylights outta me, im not even kidding, and in my oppinion that is not too good
Great teacher who takes real pride in the students he teaches. He is a truely unique teacher who influences his students in a very positive way.
You know where you stand with this teacher. He's passionate about effort, so if you don't respect your work, he has little patience for you. Great teacher.
This guy is good in terms of community involvment but he spends more time out of the class then he does inside. You like him or hate him not in between....
One of my favs. Good guy who genuinely cares about students. I still remember him and I took his class in 1988.
I believe he is too busy with other activites to mark work properly so he throws projects down the stairs and see's which one goes further.
