Miller will change your perspective of literature. His classes are interesting and his rants about the novels, plays and other works of literature you study in IB are gold. It's pretty amazing how he manages to pull so much out of his head on the spot. He also really believes in the potential of student collaboration. However sometimes he does go off topic but you'll learn more than you realize! His feedback is also super helpful. Don't be afraid to approach him! (I'll miss you Miller!!)
Mr. Miller is an extremely difficult but rewarding teacher. He does not necessarily teach much, but somehow manages to make you learn more than you can possibly imagine about English. His critiques on your essays are gold, fix them to prep for exams.
a very great teacher actually. his feedbacks really helped me with improving my writing
Does not teach, Not much of a help throughout the school years. Always in class essays. Marked very hard.
I think hes actually a really good teacher. sure, he slacks sometimes. But i like the fact he doesnt just give us answers. He makes us think about them ourselves. I find that a very good strategy
A very funny teacher but doesnt give much hw. He doesnt teach well in class and gives us alot of essays to write and his markings are extremely hard
He's the best English teacher I've ever had, bar-none. He is pretty relaxed with work, but somehow you change the way you understand literature (for the better, of course). I hope I have him next year
Great English teacher, you may not think you're learning but once you're done the course you actually got a lot out of it
I think he is the best english teacher I've ever had! Helpful, and he doesn't let you slack. I learnt sooo much from him, material and stratagy wise. Pratice, Pratice, Pratice. (Ew to definitions! =P)
Nice guy cept lashes out at people every once so often.
Mr. Miller is so cool and funny. He made CAPP at least bearable!
Ok, what i don't like about him is that: HE DOESN'T LET US DO HOMEWORK!!! I mean, what kind of teacher is that? Classwork? That's nonsense....
he always go off-topic....we're like still on our first book of this year
The best teacher ever. Ask him about the Squire from The Canterbury Tales. Trust me, funniest stuff ever.
