So I've taken French's class for 3 years of my high-school career (10, 11, and 12) and not once have I had an issue with her. She's very nice, approachable, and you can tell she cares about her work and students. Every student in her class has a fair chance of passing, even students who weren't interested in taking her course, or simply don't enjoy school. . It's an enjoyable, and fun environment, which gives me plenty of incentive to be in her class. Can't recommend her enough.
Extremely helpful to have as a teacher if you are pursuing computer science past highschool
Ms.French is an amazing teacher she really knows what she's talking about and isn't just reading from a book she knows an uses the things she teaches, not much homework but really fun projects.
She's awesome. I never personally had her, but she always made me feel comfortable to be female and be interested in computers!
Shes awesome! so easy going. doesnt care what you do as long as you get you work done! NO HW!! just because its computer class! and if you watch stupid videos she sits there and watches them with you
Fun class. She's really laid back and seems to really care about her students.
What homework? You are talking about the wrong Ms. French, cause this one gives NO homework! Her class is relaxed and fun and she gives everybody time to finish their work.
When I needed help, she sat beside me and explain it. a sign of a good teacher. Comp.Sci is not required in most unversity, heck some Univ don't required ANY coding knowledge at all to be learn.
Well, she doesn't explain the work well in my oppinion, and the homework load can get heavy at times, she is nice though.
VIVA LA FRENCH! Seriously this teacher is awsome and lets you do your own easy going work, if you dont do it, you fail. Not her fault right? Awsome!
I really struggled in my first year CS classes in university because she didn’t teach me much. She insisted on teaching VB (that’s probably all she knows) instead of C++ or Java :(
Always starts the class late. Is unprepared. Doesn't know what she is talking about. Spends all class chatting with students about her personal life. Thats pretty much all.
Ms. French has favourites and treats them better than other students. Also, she passes students who deserve to fail simply because if she didn't half of the class would fail!!!
Here is some advice. If you want to learn programming pick up a book instead of taking her class. In a couple of weeks and $1.50 in late charges you'll learn more, believe me!
I’ve always liked programming and I was really looking forward to computer science classes at school. But Ms. French made computer science dull, boring, and uninteresting.
She is unfair, disorganized, and unprofessional. Some students like her but only because her classes are so easy. Me and my friends didn’t learn much in her classes.
Ms. French should try to be a decent teacher (which she is not) instead of every student’s best friend.
One Of the best teachers at our school, nothing about it.
Awsome teacher that knows what she is talking about. She makes the first year of college a bore because of all the things she teaches you.
A very kind and considerate teacher. Regrettably students often take advantage of her generosity. Her classes are well structured and easy to follow.
