I had Mr. Currie for English in Grade 10 and 11. He was very enthusiastic about grammar, he loved the Shakespearian plays, and he discussed the meaning of the novels that we read in class. I also had him for Grade 12 History and it was perhaps the best class I had. He is willing to help students if interest is demonstrated by their part and he will challenge you by questioning your own opinions. One of the greatest teachers at RCI.
Love Mr Currie ! Great teacher, better guy! Straight shooter...and fyi he is not related to arthur Currie!
I was his student from 2003-2007 and he was the only teacher I had who challenged me. I found most other classes simple and I lost interest easily. He was an incredibly intelligent man who brought in sources relevant to world news. If you have any interest in what he is teacher then you will realize how fun it is to be challenged by Mr.Currie. I'd still pick him to be my "Phone a Friend on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire because he's so well read.
Mr.Currie is my homie and me and my friends always tell him funny stories.
knowledgable but poor teaching style. was not open to students' opinions and had very little patience. was a tough teacher and rarely enjoyed his classes
A little cynical, but great teacher. Harder marker than most teachers, but that's welcomed at this school.
Just talks all class, uninteresting and unorganised.
this guy is a nice dude if u treat him with respect.. I like him, he passed me and i didnt do the exam
