Probably the best teacher in general that I've every had. I love his style, and I guess it's because I have outside help with my math that his teaching style or unclearness doesn't bother me. Great teacher, which he didn't leave my school ... :(
I'll have to say that Mr. Fazakas was a very nice man. He was always there when you needed help and taught me many lessons about things to watch out for in life. However, I'll have to agree that he didn't really make his math classes very clear and that they were hard to understand. But nevertheless, I feel that he was a good teacher and I enjoyed being in his class.
Does anyone understand why he pats specific students on the head? I have him and I like his style; learn it your self with like 1 lesson in 5 days :). Easiest marker in the math department yet.
Mr.Fazakas is a very nice guy. He doesn't help you much though because he is so smart and he expects everyone to understand. Heaven forgive if your actually sick when there is a test. He is not nice then. The summative was meant to make people fail. He needs to lighten up the work and prolonge the amount of time he spends on harder concepts than prolonging a couple of simple concept lessons. Otherwise nice guy. Everyone loves Fazakas. If you dont ISSUES! haha
Mr. Fazakas is such a funny guy! But in a more indirect way! He's is a great person but when it comes to teaching he can't really explain some concepts so you will need to do most learning on your own. I remember when he was just about to get married... he would skip to class and say "ok guys we will have another work sessions today" and he will sit at his desk looking stressed out marking papers from other classes. He will give out "squeezes" he word for quiz, randomly so watch for that pop quiz! Hes fun!
Had him for physics. Didn't really seem to know what he was doing and taught us all very little.
He doesn't actually teach new lessons very often. (Too many work sessions!) Somewhat monotonous... Sarcastic humour... Almost never checks "suggested" homework.
He is demanding, but man he is awsome. I've learned a lot. i love the guy.
I only had him for one year. I don't know how well he teaches at higher levels of math, but my year was booooring.
Love this guy, Great Tecaher, with good style. Don't listen to some of these guys Mr.Fazakas they don't know what they're talkin about! I learned a bunch. Lay off overhead tho.
this guy is soo boring. I swear he puts the whole class to sleep every day. not a bad teacher though, once you start to get a grip on his teaching style.
Best math teacher I ever had... EVERR... didn't understand anything going in, im a math genius with 90's coming out.had him for 2 years straight, once u go fazakas, u can't go back
Maybe he wasnt very clear and maybe i didnt learn much but who cares hes a good guy and hes funny:)
OKay, I'm sure he's not a bad guy and may also be a great math teacher, but please please never let him teach physics again.
very devoted and passionate teacher, alothough there have been some misunderstanding but he is still one of the best teacher
He is a really, really good teacher. He gives intruction clearly and he gives a lot of tests. He spent lots of time finding material for students to improve.
ugh! learn to teach! its hard enough to try and understand him, its even harder teaching yourself from the book!
He tries to make jokes that aren't even funny but ovrall a good teacher who is good to have around.
maybe he is nice, but he is a bad math teacher. that's uncool.
he's a pretty cool guy, but someyimes kinda unclear.....
Not a bad teacher, but has to remember togiving the lesson before the homework
Funny, very helpful, a little confusing sometimes with his Fazakasisms
hes super cool. and has neat(cool not clean) writing. hes nice to.
