Mr. Apostolos is a dedicated teacher with lots of experience in all aspects of teaching. His in-depth knowledge of course content, his command of student behavior, and his own personal example of success make him a leader both in student education and the community at large. I'm so fortunate to have such a well-balanced and inspiring role-model for a teacher!
Mr Apostolos is a great teacher funny jokes and great soccer coach best teacher ever
worst teacher at Myer by far.... he knows what hes taking about but you just sit there in his class like what is going on. Then he asks if you have any questions and its like "yeah buddy, what the hell are you talking about". he always picks favourites in the class and picks on other kids who he doesnt like and gives them marks off quizzes and tests and assignments for no reason other then he doesnt like you. lets just say buddy has spent too many years being a chicken farmer.
Very good teacher. Better than Koop.
great guy and really smart probably the best soccer coach I've ever had and has interesting sense of humor he made a hard subject really fun and easy arguably the best teacher in the science department and helped me reach for the stars
Chem 12 was one of my favourite classes. Engaging in discussions and thinking a bit creatively are probably the most important things. If you take the time to get to know him a bit, he's a fantastic person! Wish I could have him in university!
Great guy, but definitely more suitable for advanced science students.
Awful teacher. He does not answer questions, he simply talks about chemistry things but never actually gives you an answer. If you miss time he will most likely tell you something isn't important and then it will be a long answer on your exam.
i had Apos last sem and he was really chill but was kinda boring and funny at times, but then he totally ignored me after science was over lol
He didn't like because I behaved bad, but he was a great teacher in teachings and getting on his good side would not require any trouble at all. Overall he is definitely the best teacher for chemistry, and has rich experience and understanding in chemistry.
From opinions I have read, you yay or nay him. He's a knowledgeable guy who digresses but still isn't a bad teacher. If you have questions keep grilling till it makes sense ! Do/try the homework then ask for help and you won't have a problem. I find he sometimes excludes part of the class. He will chat up some of the girls he likes (he probs didn't in his H.S. days cause he still has some nerd qualities) or make a 'not so smart/clever' comment if he doesn't like you. He means well/is a good guy
very quiet, exams were very easy, tests made no sense (stuff you barely even learned), knows his stuff on chemistry, very awkward teacher to talk with,
3 words. Blows stuff up! umm hes awsome! keep on going apos! i got you next semester! haha 3rd.
Good Teacher and Great Labs in Class Plus he tought us how to say Hello my name is... in Greek
He is extremely smart, but he doesn't teach it very well, i have a hard time understanding the units
to little time for every unit , don't learn alot , very quiet voice, sometimes fall a sleep more examples would be nice --
he's so awkward, but he's so funny. his jokes are the worst, but i'd still say he's overall a good guy.
The biggest dork, nicest guy andmost horrible teacher in the world. Too many crappy jokes, too little time, not knowing how to teach
Shouldn't be a teacher, doesn't explain things well. HE IS SOOO NOT FUNNY!!!
mr.Apostolos is SOO awesome and remember:u can't feed steak to a baby!! (original quote LoL)
He has his days!! look at students when you are talkin to them ...not at the wall behind them!!
Fun guy- last year he talked about McGuiver (sp?) for like a whole period .
Funny guy, and not too hard a marker. Pretty helpful too
