He was very strict, but he was very fair about it. I hope he is doing well.
I have never had an opportunity to learn from a man as intelligent as Mr. Carruthers. I learned things that would help me on tests and exams, but he also taught valuable life lessons. As long as you pay attention in class and contribute to classroom discussions, you will have a great time with him as a teacher, just don't ask stupid questions. I am very sorry to see him leaving, he will be missed by all of his students
he is an awesome teacher. the smartest teacher in the school by far and he is fun. he gets a lil strict at times but overall he is a dope guy
tough, but a great teacher. i learn so much in his class
He's one of the best. The man has a very deep knowledge and if your the sort who enjoys History he is a superb teacher. He really lives his values and is incredibly helpful.
good guy. muccch more chill now that he's not VPS anymore. before he scared me in grade 9.
made western civ on of my favourite courses. Great teacher
Hands down, best teacher at St. Paul's. he expects the most and makes u work the hardest, and it definetly pays off. he uses unfamiliar teaching techniques, but if you can't adapt, you probably shouldn't be in the school.
hey mr. carruthurs. thanks for spending 150 thousand (or more, im not to sure) on those football lights that were used... 3 times this year? great way to spend money. just great. st pauls blows
A really nice guy when you get to know him. Intimidating, but that's his job. He's done good stuff for the school
you are a good guy, and yes you are very intimidating. and yes
Often makes me soil myself, but he does a good job at St. P
AC's presence just makes everything less appealing. I don't know if he is a positive or negative person to be in our school.
