Ms Abra is a wonderful teacher for the higher grades. If you have in her in gr9 or 10, she is quick-tempered, as she cannot stand younger students who drop their stuff. If you ask her questions, you wil ge a bettre mark. In the lower grades, she will mark you hard and give you hard tests. If you go see her before or afterclass she turns into a very kind person who wants to see student success. In the higher grades, you will appreciate her humour and she marks easier. Trust me, she doesnt bite.
She is strict and intimidating, but is a very good teacher and really knows her stuff. She doesn't tolerate a lot of noise, and has punished the whole class for just a few unruly students, but you should be fine if you don't get on her bad side.
She may be a tough teacher, but she does it for your own good. You can tell she really loves what she teaches and wants to see her students succeed, so don't be afraid to ask for help (but not last minute). One of the best teachers I had at AY
She is really strict and somethimes will give you an project with instruction and then mark it with a diffrent set of things she wants in it
She knows her stuff. If you pay attention-at least most of the time-and do your work, you will be just fine! She may seem intimidating, but shes a really nice person.
Despite what you may be told, she is NOT a hard marker. She is actually pretty easy. Just make sure to be detailed. Also, as long as you're on her good side, you'll be absolutely fine. Good luck!
She's nice. A good teacher and person, but has an irrational problem with Disney.
She's my english teacher. She knows her stuff and she's very helpful, but she screams and talks to herself A LOT. It's pretty funny.
She tends to make things up if she doesn't know the answer, or atleast that's the impression that she gives. She's one of those teachers that doesn't allow ANY noise despite her BLAND lectures aswell.
An excellent teacher but is a little too.. bubbly for her own good. The notes she provides are terrible, and is a teacher who doesnt believe "theres no such thing as a stupid question". Still, very intelligent with great insight.
Ms. Abra often calls herself an EVIL WOMAN but I think that can be argued with. Yes, she will yell at her class EXTREMELY LOUDLY if the noise level is too loud, but is otherwise a nice and funny teacher who is able to answer any questions you have. Thanks!
Ms. Abra is SO cool. Sure she's a hard marker but her classes unlike most teachers these days actually TEACH instead of just getting all of her information for a texbook! YOU ROCK!
I found her class really hard and she does think shes smarted but she is a cool person...
shes a great librarian, never had her as a teacher, and she scares the (ahem ahem digested contents) out of me
seh is very nice and odd. She yells at you when she can't hear herself. Gives very poor notes. i don't prefer her but she's kinda alright.
Really is not too bad. Great sense of humour and really knows her stuff
wish i'd talked to her sooner, she was a huge help in grade 12 and is really intelligent! wish i wasn't so rude to her in grade 9 and 10! thanks for everything!
great resource and a really nice person. i wish id talked to her soon because shes so helpful. the grade nines need to stop being so snooty to her!
she's a great librarian, very helpful but appears to be a person everybody hates
Scared me a bit when I was a first year, which is why I like her! She's got a GREAT sense of humour and people are just too blind to tell. Very knowledgeable!
Very cranky lady. She reminds me of "Ursula" the evil octopus in the Little Mermaid.
As a resource she's great, as a teacher eek. Don't step out of line or your year won't be too great. Just play by the rules.
omg i've only been with u two days and i know i'm going to hate grade 9 enghlish with u!
you need grade twelve english to be a garbage man
Lighten up! Smile! Be nicer to the younger grades too!
Ms. Abra is not only the best research resource available in the school...
You need to ease up on the rules...it's our library too!
