The best teacher at op she will do anything for you and overall a very nice person
Extremely nice and forgiving of mistakes. It's difficult to get on her bad side. If she even has one. Overall a really good teacher. =)
She's a good sax player, but she guilts you into doing things and I've had issues with her when she forces me to make music my 1st prioity over my major. Decent teacher; very nice person.
I LOVE YOU MRS.YOUNG she is the most talented sax player ever and she is such a sweet lady. she cares about her students and tries her hardest every day to try and make us all look amazing.

Great Teacher shes the greatest teacher i have ever had
You would be hard-pressed to find a more wonderful teacher than Mrs. Young. Honestly, if you haven't taken music at OP, you're missing out on the most wonderful experience. Music dept.= home.
She's caring and explains things well. If you need help she's always there. The music department is like a big family and she's incredibly sweet.
High school certainly wouldn't have been the same without the Youngs. It's amazing how they get to know everyone so well and care about all their students. I loved having them both!
Mrs. Young's passionate about her subject. She tries to give everybody a chance, even when it's hard. Impossible not to love her! *Hugs* Mrs. Young! Class '05
By far, Mrs. Young was my favorite teacher at OP (graduated in 1999). Glad to see she's got such a good rating here.
She is a fantastic teacher. Her and her husband actually care about the students they teach. I graduated in '91.
Teaches from the heart - I graduated in '94. My all time fav teacher. The Youngs rock!
Treats her students as though they were her own children.
What a funny lady. She truly cares for her students.
