Whenever academics and scholars tickle their fancy by putting forth yet another poll of historians on teachers rankings, there is little doubt about which president will top the list—Mr. Wardell. In the numerous such polls executed since Arthur M. Schlesinger Sr. pioneered the genre in 1948 for Life magazine, Wardell has come out as number one in nearly all of them.
The Roman Empire fell for several reasons
1)Invasions by Barbarian tribes
2)Economic troubles and over reliance on slave labor
3)The rise of the Eastern Empire
4)Over expansion and military overspending
5)Government corruption and political instability
6)The arrival of the Huns and the migration of the Barbarian tribes
7)Christianity and the loss of traditional values
8)Weakening of the Roman legions
He has great looking hair, I think it'd look nicer if he died it purple. Actually, I think it'd be best if he died i hi guy
The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don’t define them, or ever seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them. ~Denis Watiley
Mr.Wardell barely cares about his students. He does not clarify properly when asked a series of question as he will say yup or look it up in the textbook. When doing projects he just sits on his computer looking at sports statistics. He judges you on how much he likes you, how popular you are and how your mark is. He trys to fit in with the popular kids by always trying to interact with them and doing what they do. For example they will pick on someone for fun so he picks on the kid in class
Best teacher in the world, ignore the haters
Mr.wardell will not explain anything properly too you. He reads off his own ppwerpoints and never goes in depths during lessons. If you ask him for help he will say I don't know or search it up. More than half the class fails his class due to the lack of care and teaching.
He's a terrible teacher honestly. He's a terrible marker, can't give feedback, doesn't answer questions, terrible personality and can't look students in the eyes. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HE'S STILL A TEACHER AT OP. I am yet to meet a single person that says "yeah Mr. Wardell is cool". All those five star reviews down there, they're all jokes.. no one likes you Wardell. Terrible teacher, 5/5
Wardell could replace BILL NYE THE SCIENCE GUY.
A very interesting teacher who gets us involved in striking conversations and he owns a very deep understanding of quantum mechanics.
Although many students may not like Wardell due to his teaching style, he is easily the most professional and most university like teacher at OP. He is very knowledgable and is always there to help.
Great public speaker. Very confident bold young man. His son is great at hockey!!
If there was an Einstein of the modern age, Mr Wardell would be that Einstein. Love that guy.
bro invented quantum mechanics
My child comes home stressed every single bevause Mr.Wardell is always giving her, and apparently other students a really hard time. She spends hours and hours with a tutor just to be able to cover all the concepts that he is incapable of teaching. When he sees students struggling, he does nothing to encourage student success, and appears careless really. I've heard from many that he also does not know how to answer a questions; simply re-reads it to them. I don't understand why he was hired.
worst teacher orchard park could ever hire, this man deserves to be fired
1. Marking scheme is stupid (every mark you lose will be solely based on grammar mistakes no matter how good the content is)
2. He favors students (most the time cute girls and jock guys of the class) and give them higher marks than everybody else
3. Whatever mark you get on your first STSE and/or lab, will be the same mark for all your future STSEs and labs, no matter of how much harder you try
4. Asking him a question? Forget about it. He'll reply with "yeah" or "look in the textbook"
I would go up to Derek for help and he would reply with "yayaya" every time. He is a hot teacher but his teaching style is too hard for us high school students to follow.
Knows his stuff but can not teach it to the class. He expects students to fill in there own notes and does not even take them up causing students to wonder if they are even studying the right answers for the test.
he is hero "I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion."
aye dis guy is my daddy and he taught me how to science
Did not like this teacher at all, he is a great guy and has a lot of knowledge about chemistry, but I do not like the way he teaches at all. Some units he is away and still expects you to learn course material by yourself.
The most HYPE teacher and man in Orchard Park and Chemistry history.
good teacher his grade 11 chemistry class was felt like it was all out of the textbook . His grade 12 chemistry is better, i feel like it deals with more real life problems or like what the class will be like in university. Great guy and likes sports to but the only problem are his tests to much marks go towards multiple guess (choice) which lowered my mark quite a lot, otherwise the problems are easy :) funniest moment in his grade 11 in 11'class was Daren "this is the worst Christmas ever!!!!!
I dont like him really i had him last year he was very boring i almost fell asleep he always says okay to much and its sooo annoying
Had him for Grade 11 and 12 Chemistry. Hands down the best teacher at OP and one of the few with a real degree. One of the few classes that provided some semblance of a University atmosphere.
Mr.Wardell is truly one of the greatest teachers I've ever had at orachard park. I had him for grade 12 chemistry and truly, he brings a certain level of expertise and professionalism that no other teacher has shown through teaching. He gives a taste of what university life is like, hard, straight to the point and VERY VERY enlightening. YOU ROCK MR.WARDELL. ss
He is an alright guy, but his teaching skills r very questionable. He does not keep his lessons interesting enough for students to pay attention. To hard of a marker.
im failing his class, but hes a good teacher, i just don't put enough effort into his class..
he was a horrible teacher..had him for grade 10 science. he picks certain students to be nice to then gives bad marks to the ones he doesnt like.
