Kind of a lazy/ bad teacher. His teaching style is far too relaxed and he could actually teach something about art, rather than sitting at his desk and handing out projects. He also is a one trick pony, and copies photographs only.

I had Mr.Smith for one year and nearly failed because I was lazy and slow. Even after Grade 9 I still visited him because he's an amazing person. He's not boring like most teachers, he is really fun. Think of one teacher that would put on heavy metal music while students do work? You can't. He is unorthodox, but his techniques work. He is one of my favourite teachers of all time. If his teaching methods work for art. I wish most teachers were like him.

I never really understood what everyone thought was so good about him. He's nice and fun, but doesn't really teach much. I feel like I could have learned so much more in high school art class, but he wasn't too into teaching. Basically he's a portrait artist who can reproduce photographs of pretty blonde women, and only teaches about white male artists from pre-1970.

He's a nice guy, but doesn't really teach anything. I'm sorry to all of those who worship at his feet, but coolness does not = GOOD TEACHER. I honestly learned nothing from him.

Mr.Smith is one of the coolest teachers on earth. How many teachers do you know who used to be in a band and raced bikes. One of the teaching lords of the school.
