Mr. Duncan directs the musical, conducts the pit band for the musical, as well as teaching his classes, AND directing the band! He takes on so much and he truly loves and cares about his students :)

Great musician and obviously loves music. Throws his being into music, band, and his students. Talks WAY too much. Gets TOO emotional. Needs to stop GUILTING people into doing things they cannot (BT!)
