I had him once in the 10th grade, and he never forgot my name. He was intelligent and I enjoyed my time with him.

I look back and still have poor memories of him. He would spend at least half the class talking about the environment - he made me hate the environment out of spite for his rants. Most of the students knew more course than he did. I learned more from sleeping on the text book than from him - and I did so frequently. I slept for the whole class everyday starting at midterm, and my mark went up a percent.

Pretty good teacher but seemed to focus on the environment a little too much. Awesome lacrosse coach and an over all nice guy. He wouldn't take your knee caps.

I found Sawick to be funny, and interesting. He would be great to know outside of the classroom. However, his teaching skills are sub-par. My mark in science dropped 20%..

Boring. I've slept through entire classes and missed nothing. His environmental rants are frequent and irritating. He makes really cheesy jokes. What a hippie.

Easygoing class, lots of field trips, interesting content, usually well presented. tends to ramble on a bit too much and simplify concepts too much though

Picks his favourites VERY early. He destroys me on a regular basis for no reason. I can't stress how much of a favouritist he is.

Awesome guy. Really nice and taught me a lot in the sciences (other than chemistry which is where his helpfulness plummets)
