Suzanne is a little intimidating, but very very nice, and really cares about her students and how they do. She knows what she's talking about and is always around to help (fit 7 or 8 students into her office the day before a test once to go over a topic we were all having trouble with). Her tests and quizzes are hard, but they really do prepare you for the final. Labs aren't fun when you have her as a teacher, but follow what she says and you should do fine on them

I loved having Suzanne for Chemistry of Solutions! She is extremely organized and even gives you print out notes before class and all you have to do is follow along in class. Everything she says in class is what will appear on her tests as well as the final exam, never any surprises. She is available whenever you need in her office and she is totally approachable. Overall I would highly recommend!

Dr. Black can sometimes be a pushover, her notes are rather confusing, her quizzes can be too and her exams are so so. If you don't do your lab properly then you're pretty much screwed. But she is very approachable and can explain things easily one-to-one.

Dr. Black can be a little intimidating. Most of the notes given in class are fair, not too clear though. The exams are long and at times ambiguous and don't get me started on that lab exam. Do I recommend? Maybe it's just my deficiency in this class. You choose

Hands down one of the best teachers I've ever had in my life, not just at Abbott. She's always ready to help and will bend over backwards to make you understand. Expects a lot of her students but it really pays off in the end. If you can take her class, do.

She's simply amazing. She teaches you by making the funniest analogies, but they help so much! AND she went to Harvard, so she really knows her stuff and can explain everything as if it was a kindergarten book. She's the cutest teacher ever! Her tests are a joke. Super easy! And she grades very nicely as well!

Hate how you are pressed for time in labs. She explains well in class but for labs, she leaves you clueless. She is very helpful, always there if you need something, and will take the time to explain things you dont understand. Classes are often boring, I wish she could make it more interesting somehow...She is a great woman with good intentions. So much work, but it does help (especially mastering chemistry). She is an easy marker, i guess (depends what). I would pick her if i were you.
